Metroid Remix is a fan-made remake of the original Metroid... and not at all in the style of Metroid Zero Mission. Along with featuring new items and rooms, the game has entirely original graphics and music. The first demo of Metroid Remix was released in 2011 and featured an open exploration style with all of Brinstar to explore. The second demo was released in June of 2012 and features almost all of the items of the finished game, Brinstar, Norfair, and a small portion of Kraid. There is also an optional side area that includes the ending credits. |
